How it works
- Authorize — you grant access through Amazon's official Login with Amazon (OAuth 2.0) consent page. Your Amazon password is never shared with Phoebewood.
- Sync — Phoebewood retrieves your business data from the SP-API using only the roles you approved.
- Operate — your data is normalized for operations, reconciliation, and reporting. You can revoke access at any time from Amazon Seller Central.
Features
Phoebewood requests only the non-PII SP-API roles required for these features. It does not request access to buyer personally identifiable information.
Sync orders and tracking status across marketplaces for fulfillment and reporting.
Track FBA and seller-fulfilled inventory to avoid stockouts and overstock.
Retrieve settlement reports and financial events to reconcile payouts and fees.
Read product listing data and download standard Amazon reports for analysis.

| Finance & accounting | Settlement & payout reconciliation | No |
| Product listing | Listing data for analysis | No |
| Reports | Standard report download | No |
About
Phoebewood is built and operated by an independent software developer based in Shenzhen, China. The goal is simple: give Amazon sellers a clean, reliable way to pull their own operational data out of Amazon and into one place for reporting, without spreadsheets and manual exports.
We take data protection seriously and follow Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Data Protection Policy (DPP). Authorization is always granted by the seller via Amazon's official OAuth flow and can be revoked at any time. Questions? Reach us any time at hkai212800@gmail.com.
Frequently asked questions
Do you store my Amazon password?
No. Authorization uses Amazon's official Login with Amazon (OAuth 2.0). We only receive a
token scoped to the roles you approve — never your password.
Do you access buyer names or addresses (PII)?
No. We request only non-PII roles needed for orders, inventory, finance, and listings.
How do I disconnect?
Revoke access anytime in Amazon Seller Central under
Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps, or email us to delete your data. See the
Privacy Policy.
How is my data secured?
All traffic uses HTTPS; tokens are encrypted at rest and access is least-privilege. Details in
our Privacy Policy.
