Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By authorizing or using the Phoebewood application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not authorize or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service connects to Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) on your behalf, after you grant authorization through Amazon's official OAuth consent flow, to retrieve your own seller business data (orders, inventory, finance, listings, reports) for operations and reporting.

3. Authorization & your responsibilities

You represent that you are authorized to connect the Amazon seller accounts you link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Amazon account. You may revoke the Service's access at any time from Amazon Seller Central.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Amazon's policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Data Protection Policy (DPP). You may not use the Service to access data you are not authorized to access.

5. Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We access only the SP-API roles you authorize and do not sell your data.

6. Fees

Fees, if any, are described on our Pricing page. You may cancel at any time; revoking authorization stops all data access immediately.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoebewood is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
